El ShodaiGoji (初代ゴジ?) es un Traje de Godzilla utilizado por primera, y unica vez en la pelicula de 1954, Gojira.
Nombre[]
El nombre,ShodaiGoji, proviene de la palabra japonesa Shodai(初代?), que significa Primera Generacion, y de Goji, que viene del nombre japones de Godzilla , Gojira (ゴジラ?).
Detalles[]
El ShodaGoji es muy popular entre los fans quienes prefieren el tono oscuro y serio de la primera pelicula de Godzilla . Este traje se caracteriza por un cuerpo robusto, brazos cortos y una cabeza grande y redonda. Su cara tiene unas cejas muy pronunciadas, y ojos completamente blancos con pupilas pequeñas, un rasgo unico en este traje.
El traje también incluye varias características particulares para sí mismo y para la GyakushuGoji: colmillos, cuatro dedos, en un superficie inferior áspera por la cola y punta de la cola puntiaguda y filas escalonadas de placas dorsales (estas características reaparecerían con la serie Heisei de películas de Godzilla de 1984 1999) .La placa dorsales el tanto para el ShodaiGoji y la GyakushuGoji eran dinámico en el diseño y la única de las dos trajes. Durante el rodaje, un par separado de las piernas de Godzilla se utilizaron para primeros planos de los pies de Godzilla.Este traje ademas es muy bueno entre los fans

- este es es unico Godzilla conocido por haber sido de color marrón ya que todas las futuras encarnaciones de los trajes de Godzilla eran negro carbón, y mucho más tarde , verde.
- el traje de ShodaiGoji media 6.5 pies de altura y pesaba 200 libras. La Toho habia planeado utilizar el traje de ShodaiGoji en la pelicula Godzilla vs.Ghost Godzilla , pero esa idea fue desechada.
