3 absolutely PEAK movies released this year. ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST. Son of Godzilla is an amazing movie loved by many here but not liked by the greater fandom sadly, with amazing effects, awesome monsters, first introduction of a juvenile Godzilla (Minilla), a very good OST by the goat himself Masaru Sato a wonderful and memorable main cast (Goro Maki my beloved, not the one from TRoG or Shin) and UGHHH, I just adore this movie.

Vs. Biollante, oh my, best Godzilla soundtrack EVER! Mostly the same points as before, great effects, great characters, great ost, just another overall wonderful movie. Easily the best of the era.

Now, Vs Megaguirus isn't as highly regarded as the other 2 and is commonly seen as the low point of the era, but I love this film also. Not a masterpiece like the other 2 movies here, but still a great and fun movie.
