Bro why can't they just make another godzilla game? Toho keeps doing random crossovers with random games like minecraft, gigabash, and now dave the diver. it's been 10 years since the last official Godzilla game. They gotta release another one.

They are building off of the recent hype from 2 godzilla films within a year. Spread of IP through crossovers means more outreach to non-godzilla fans, which means any Goji game they do make will spread more than just released alone.

I know, but what's taking them so long?

Make another Godzilla game, and feature 2 main modes, a mode based on the pipeworks trilogy (like a party fighting game with the different kaiju) and a mode based on the 2014 Godzilla game on Playstation (a more authentic kaiju experience, but lacking in kaiju action) if they took a few years to make it, they could have almost every kaiju in the series in one game, putting more obscure kaiju into dlc packs. (Ex. EARTH MONSTERS PACK: Gorosaurus, DOM Manda, Varan, Baragon, Kumonga, Gabara, Kamacarus, Sanda and Gaira)

Other packs like maybe a Skull Island / Hollow Earth pack with skullcrawler and shimo could be a good one.

Maybe an ocean kaiju pack: Ebirah, Ganimes, Gezora, FW Manda/OG Manda, Tiamat, the Murderfish thing etc.
