Kumonga (Singular Point)

Hey y’all, I wanted to share some interesting stuff about the Kumongas which appear in Godzilla: Singular Point. Some of you might know this but I just remembered this because of the wiki page (and the one on the Villains Wiki). Anyway, did you all know that the difference Kumongas are all their own species? Looking at the ones above for reference, the first one is Kumonga Cytodes, the second is Kumonga Aratus, the third is Kumonga Falcipes, and the final one is Kumonga Ultima!

But wait, that’s not all! They each also have their own common names like most other kaiju. Going in a descending order, it goes Kumonga, Hanenga, Kamanga, and last but not least, Zenbunga. This is pretty neat, though all of them can still go by Kumonga collectively, especially considering that it’s their genus name. To pair them, Kumonga Cytodes is Kumonga, Kumonga Aratus is Hanenga, Kumonga Falcipes is Kamanga, and Kumonga Ultima is Zenbunga. Anyway that’s all for now. Abilities: Sharp Claws, Agility, Can shoot Webs, Climbing, Regeneration.

Notable Feats/Traits:

• Fought Jet Jaguar.

• They were shown to regenerate even after Jet Jaguar would slice them in half (although they were notably less strong than before).

Abilities: Sharp Venemous Leg Spikes, Sharp Pincers, Can open its Stomach to utilize Tendrils to grab enemies, Can fire Webs, Camouflage, Agility.

Notable Feats/Traits:

• Managed to put up a fight against armed soldiers although lost.

• Several fought Kong but lost.

Rules:

• Fight takes place on Skull Island.

• Length: 196.8 ft/60 m

Gabara (Showa + Godman + Greenman + Salunga - Red Dust):

• Height: Scaled to 246 ft/75 m

• Mass: Scaled to 35,000 tons

• Powers: Detachable Claws; Durability; Electricity Strike; Electrocution; Human Engulfment; Noxious Smoke Breath; Self-Revival; Super Leaping & Strength; Venom Secretion

A robot built by aliens and was hidden in a building for over 45 years.

Why would make TITANOSAURUS, VARAN, AND GOROSAURUS forms of GODZILLA!? Why!? How would that be amazing!? Just PUT TITANOSAURUS, VARAN, AND GOROSAURUS IN THE SHOW!!

Everyone like us thought Gabara was gonna appear finally again, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! It's A new Kaiju, SALUNGA!! Salunga is just Gabara but with a reptilian face and tail. I still hope Gabara is in it, aka YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT HIM IN!!

Make make Kumonga A freaking HYBRID between itself, MEGALON and HEDORAH!! Just PUT HEDORAH AND MEGALON IN THE SHOW!!

I hope nothing similar happens again for SP, I hope the rest of the show learns from the consequences of doing such stupid bull crap.

I think its fucking stupid, like its obviously Gabara, its obviously Kumonga just fucking stop

Like what does renaming them actually do other than a lazy attempt to be like "lOoK nEw kAijU", it's easily my biggest issue with the show as of now (still need to watch it so I cant judge too much but still)

I always thought the whole "Godzilla 1998 and zilla being different" was stupid enough but I don't want more of that shit, just call them as they are and stop being afraid to use classic kaiju

Not all the kaiju renamed luckily (I would have been very pissed if they tried renaming best boy anguirus) so theres that but still the renaming is completely unnecessary and just dumb
