Download an SFM model to put the files into a folder in the gmod addons folder (Minilla's model Link)
Extended Spawnmenu so you can actually be able to spawn the model.
Animated Prop Tool so you can turn the effect into a prop which gives the prop its bones meaning you can pose or animate.
Advanced Bone Tool so you can actually be able to pose or animate the bones.
After many months of not being active on Gojipedia, I present to you my promise that I would properly port Minilla into Gmod. While it's not a ragdoll it can still be posed with the advanced bone tool.
I'm probably gonna be inactive once again after this post but I'm happy that the Gmod Poseable Minilla hunt has been finished.

I will one day try to turn Minilla into a proper ragdoll, however that requires tons of skill and hardwork. But not impossible...

Also yeah, i gave up porting Minilla in Gmod as when i spawned him in he only had 1 bone, so it was impossible to animate him smoothly with the effect animator addon. The only type of posing or animating i could do with him is t-posing, same case with 1967 godzilla
I had it since like 2010, if there is one thing i can say for you, expect the computer to be slow as hell during loading screens if you installed more then 300 mods.
Also a chance gmod crashes half-way through the loading screen
I hate how my computer is trash, so I can't use the vFire mod you used in the Godzilla 1998 image. I usually use particle editor for fire shots.
Also since 1964 and 2000 Godzilla exist in the Workshop, I wonder what lore you'll do with em.

Honestly, I probably already left Gojipedia myself at this point due to how inactive I am now. It just became really dull for me, with no interesting topics for me. I might sometimes randomly appear like in this post but that's about it.
But honestly, I recommend taking a break instead, just in case some kind of miracle happens in Gojipedia (which is highly unlikely) but hey, I won't stop you, you can choose what you want.

Honestly, seeing how Heisei Godzilla dealt with Ghidorah, which is faaar slower then Final Wars Godzilla, i think FW would win against Ghidorah here.

I was going to watch singular point but then when i heard godzilla was from a ''Different universe'' thats when i decided i was not going to watch it. I agree with some parts of your review except for Jet Jaguar, hes awesome.
Final Wars was stated to be modeled by Showa by the director, so i doubt final wars would make fun of showa.
