Overview

Bagan (バガン, Bagan^?) is an ancient dragon kaiju created by Toho that appears in the 2022 Godziban short Mothra vs. Bagan.

Bagan is a bipedal reptilian kaiju with white armor and red tissue-like skin. His appearance is largely identical to his form that appeared in Godzilla Movie Studio Tour, but with the orb-like projections in his armor yellow rather than purple.

This is the first live-action appearance of Bagan and his first film appearance in the franchise.
A real-life animatronic puppet of this version of Bagan was put on display at the Godziban Godzilla Fest 2022.
