Collins is a character created by Legendary Pictures who made her first appearance within the 2023 MonsterVerse series, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.

Collins worked in the data culling sector of Monarch. Alarms went off on her computer when someone tried to open documents from off-site. She contacted her superior then visited Tim in the basement. She showed him the few megabytes that she collected before the system went offline. She wanted to kick it up to Verdugo, but Tim refused, despite her insistence on protocol. Tim rushed her out of his office.[1]
Natalia Verdugo called a meeting and announced the emergence-level readings that were detected by Outpost 47. Collins were among those who were present.[2]
