Cyber-Godzilla is the original Zilla that nested in New York. The aliens from the Leviathan spaceship resurrected it using alien and human technology. It is completely under the alien's control, although it does recognise Zilla is his son.
Zilla chooses Nick Tatapolous over Cyber-Godzilla and fights him. Zilla rips off his right cybernetic arm, as well as viciously tearing off the metal covering for its chest and causing the rest of the creature to short-circuit. It is the most violent defeats of a monster shown in the series.
Cyber-Godzilla's roar was changed to a more metallic sound and its skin colour was changed to a light brown, showing decay. Its Atomic breath is blue, like the Japanese Godzilla, and it has a chest cannon and can fire missiles from its dorsal fins.
Cyber-Godzilla is possibly a reference to Mechagodzilla.
