Dr. Suzuki is a character created by Legendary Pictures and a minor character in the 2023 MonsterVerse television series, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters.
History[]
Dr.Suzuki is a Japanese Scientist living in Hateruma Island. He created a gamma radiation simulator that will act as a Titan bait called the "Suzuki Device". In 1955, he was tasked by William Randa and Keiko Miura for insight on his invention in hopes of attracting the Titans. They tested the "Suzuki Device" and succeeded in luring Gojira. Keiko asked him to start another test at Hateruma, where his gamma-ray simulator was blown up by Gojira, which Keiko and Shaw narrowly dodged.
In 1962, as a specialist, he participated in "Operation Hourglass", a reconnaissance mission to Axis Mundi in Kansas. However, the operation failed, and heavy casualties were suffered.

- Dr. Suzuki's named is a referenced to Kenji Suzuki, the special effects director of Godzilla 2000: Millennium and Godzilla vs. Megaguirus.
