Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters[]

The EMP probe was utilized against Godzilla Filius during the ending stage of the attack against the monster. Haruo Sakaki and Yuko Tani, alongside an Exosuit team buried multiple probes in the spine of the monster, following the destruction of its dorsal plates, and subsequently, its shield.

The team succeeded in their goal, and the embedded probes began to cause an electromagnetic overload within the titan's body, which resulted in his demise shortly after.
