Name [ ] Fern Birds are named after their fern-like plumage.
Appearance [ ] Fern Birds are tall, thin birds that vaguely resemble water-wading birds such as cranes or egrets. Concept art shows that the birds stand at least a foot taller than an average man. Their primary color is green while their heads have an ornate green and white crest that grows over the face. Their back and tail feathers are long, akin to a peacock's, and resemble a large plant frond.
