The Gezora (ゲゾラ Gezora?) of the AniGoji continuity is a species of giant squid-like kaiju created by Toho that first appeared in Godzilla: Monster Apocalypse, a prequel novelization for the 2017 film, Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters.

Gezora emerged in the Mediterranean Sea in the late 2010s and attacked refugees from the African continent. The monster was dubbed "Kraken". However, it was said that EU nations were purposely ignoring Gezora's appearances possibly to shut down the flow of immigrants.
There was a report that it was breeding by 2030.
Abilities[]
Monsters (possibly all) in this continuity was said to be able to absorb electromagnetic waves, and thus able to make surprise attacks on urban areas.
Trivia[]
- While the exact location of where Gezora appeared from was unclear, it's possible it's within the vicinity of the island of Lampedusa which is known as a popular destination for refugees from the African continent in reality.
