The site was launched in mid-December and only featured a piece of an American poster that filled up the screen and a trailer that can be toggled.[1] The first update to the site was circa March 7, 2014, where a "news" section containing an announcement for a Godzilla DVD and Blu-ray celebrating Godzilla's 60th anniversary was added.[2] Circa a week later, a button to Godzilla.jp was added.[3] Circa April 29, 2014, the site was updated to be similar to Godzillamovie.com.[4] By May 6, a button for "Gojira Ramen" was added.[5] Circa June 22, 2014, a button linking to http://info.toho.co.jp/godzilla_ks/pc/index.html was added.[6] Sometime near July 8, the site was updated with every feature it currently has.[7]
