Synopsis

At the dawn of the 21st century the world and humankind were ravaged by daikaiju, and later decimated by a new monster that destroyed both monster and man - Godzilla. After being forced to off planet Earth by Godzilla, human passengers boarded and fled within the ' Oratio' and ' Aratrum', while still leaving behind many lives of mankind on Earth with Godzilla.

After 22 years since mankind's defeat, attempts of trying to find a new home ultimately fails, forcing mankind to return back to Earth. Upon their arrival after light-speed travel, they quickly discover a massive time distortion during their travel, and that 20,000 years have passed.

On Earth, the protagonist Haruo Sakaki (as well as survivors of the two landing battalions decimated by Servum) are attacked by Godzilla. However Godzilla is defeated in desperate battle through the successful execution of the "Godzilla Tactics" which was planned for 20 years between Haruo, the Exif, and the Bilusaludo.

But the small victory is short-lived, as the true Godzilla (Godzilla Earth) appears from deep underground. Haruo and the survivors are then scattered, with many being killed by the destructive power of the super gigantic, seemingly immortal, 300 meter tall, 100,000 ton figure that Godzilla has evolved into in 20,000 years.

But ultimately Haruo Sakaki is rescued by Miana, a native girl who belongs to the "Futua" tribe, the descendants of mankind that were left behind on Earth during the initial evacuation. Haruo tells the Futua tribe that their God has been destroyed by Godzilla, and he is now leaving offspring, challenging everything, and swallowing all away through his fire.

Meanwhile, Galu-gu, the leader of the Bilusaludo forces, realizes that the arrowheads of the Futua are made of "nanometal", the same material that was used to build Mechagodzilla, a super weapon that failed to curb Godzilla's rampage and that was presumed destroyed in a battle at the foot of Mt. Fuji in the 21st Century.
