Some details are that [[Godzilla]] will be with familiar monsters and new ones. The familiar ones include [[Mothra]], [[King Ghidorah]], and [[Rodan]]. Eric Powell will be co-writing with Tracy Marsh and doing the series' covers. Eric Powell has also done the cover art for one of the issues seen at the bottom. The release date is scheduled for March 2011. The plot of the series is "a full-scale apocalypse is brewing. The monsters are a force of nature whose attacks can be no more predicted or rationalized than a lightning strike. There will be no clean-cut heroes with perfectly chiseled chins and capes billowing in the wind; only ordinary human beings struggling desperately to survive in a world gone mad." Co-writer and co-cover artist Eric Powell revealed that the first monsters to be introduced are Godzilla, [[Anguirus]], Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah and they will be introduced in the way they were introduced on screen.
