Godzilla (ゴジラ Gojira?) is a giant irradiated reptile and the father of Chibi Godzilla that appears in the opening of the series Chibi Godzilla Raids Again.

This version of Godzilla has a design practically the same as the Heisei incarnation of Godzilla.

Chibi Godzilla Raids Again[]
Godzilla appears in the opening of every single episode, walking through flames before roaring.
Chibi Godzilla of Monster Island[]
Godzilla was walking across the mountains as Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Mechagodzilla were talking. Chibi Godzilla called out to his father, but wasn't heard once again. Chibi Godzilla told Mechagodzilla that his dream was to become a big monster so he could hug his father.
The Ruler of the Skies, Chibi Rodan[]
Chibi Godzilla decided to hike up a mountain so he could talk with Godzilla.
Monster Study Session[]
Chibi Godzilla would ask a couple questions about his father to the other Chibi kaiju. The first question Chibi Godzilla asked was what was the hardest enemy for Godzilla to defeat, the answer being sunlight in the summer. The next question relating to Godzilla was what made him want to go home the most, the answer then being when Godzilla popped out of the ocean facing the wrong way.

Godzilla would be briefly seen stomping a city, the residence not running away and the trains and planes continuing to run normally.

Godzilla has a powerful heat ray. Chibi Mothra believed it could be so powerful he could burn his own mouth with it.

The hardest enemy Godzilla had to defeat was sunlight in the Summer, stated by Chibi Godzilla.
