Godzilla on Monster Island is a 1996 children's picture book by Jacqueline Dwyer and Art done by Tom Morgan and Paul Mounts, and published by Random House.

Plot[]

Godzilla and friends find a mysterious egg and he senses that this egg must be important. So he decides to protect it from danger until it hatches. After fighting Kumonga, Kamacuras, Gigan and MechaGodzilla, the egg is revealed to actually a cocoon. The cocoon opens to reveal Mothra and she becomes the newest member of the monsters on the island.
