Godzilla vs. Berserk (ゴジラVSベルサーク,   Gojira VS Berusaaku?) is an unmade 1993 Godzilla film.

This film, a 14-page script that includes various pieces of concept art, was an early draft of Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II. In this draft, Mechagodzilla very closely resembles Godzilla at first, and gradually transforms into a bulbous mass of wires and machinery. The idea of a human-built Mechagodzilla used to fight Godzilla would be carried on to the final film, while the idea of a Mechagodzilla going rogue and causing destruction was later used in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla, however most of this film's proposed elements were discarded.

The J.S.D.F. constructs a robotic version of Godzilla to defend the nation from the monster, but it is eventually infected by a computer virus. The infected Mechagodzilla, dubbed "Berserk," becomes self-aware and starts to assimilate other machinery into its body, becoming a mass of wires and metal that turns on its creators. Humanity's only hope now lies with Godzilla, who arises to do battle with the mechanical monstrosity.
