Godzilla vs. Hedorah (ゴジラ対ヘドラ Gojira Tai Hedora?, lit. Godzilla Against Hedorah) is a 2021 short film produced for Godzilla Fest 2021. It features Godzilla and Hedorah in their Godzilla: Final Wars incarnations, although this short film is separate from the Final Wars timeline.
Plot[]
The short film begins in a city, where people are running away from Hedorah. Upon entering a factory zone, Hedorah sucks in the smoke produced by one of the smoke pipes for more power, and he fires his sludge at the city. Suddenly, Hedorah's reign of terror is cut short when Godzilla arrives to battle the smog monster. Godzilla and Hedorah engage, and after an extensive brawl, Hedorah starts to gain the upper hand when he knocks Godzilla over before firing sulfuric mist at him, which blinds Godzilla. Godzilla, however, kicks Hedorah back into several powerlines, before finishing off the smog monster by firing his atomic breath at it. Godzilla then walks off into the sunset.
