Godzooky or Godzuki is Godzilla's nephew in The Godzilla Power Hour. He is mainly a source of comic relief, although he can fight if necessary. He has fire breath, as well as the ability to summon his uncle Godzilla. He is loosely based on Minilla, with Varan's gliding ability & loosely based head design. Godzooky is voiced by Don Messick.
Powers
- Smoke: Godzooky can release streams of black smoke from his mouth. He can breath fire when he is strong enough.
- Flight: Godzooky can fly using the wing flaps on his arms.
- Signal Cry: Godzooky can summon Godzilla over great distances.
Weaknesses: Can easily be swatted away by much larger kaiju due to his small size.
Family
Many fans wonder if, since Godzilla is Godzooky's uncle, then Godzilla may have a brother and/or sister, although it never says anything about him having one despite this some fans think his father may have been the original Godzilla. It is more likely, however, that the term "nephew" is used figuratively, with no actual blood relation between the monsters.
