Deletion of articles is based on the principle of inclusionism, that article content can be liberally added to the wiki, so long as the work and effort is put into it. If the article does not fall in that category, it can be considered a candidate for deletion. Generally, the only articles that will be deleted are those that rely heavily on unverifiable information and speculation.
On Gojipedia, articles are deleted on two accounts:
The first is for articles with absolutely no value whatsoever, created only for vandalism, such as those about abusive topics. Entirely abusive articles (that are NOT edited versions of good articles) should be tagged with {{delete}} by Editors, so that Staff can easily find them and delete them.
The second is for articles with little to no value. The deletion of candidate pages should be discussed before action is taken, unless staff find it to violate specific policy (at which point it can just be deleted).
Tagging articles with the "delete" template assigns the article to Category:Candidates for deletion so that they may easily be found.
