Grandpa Hedo (ヘドじい,   Hedoji?) is an elderly Hedorah that appears through the web series, Godziban, and is the main focus of the Grandpa Hedo segment.

Grandpa Hedo's name is a combination of Grandpa and Hedo, a shortened nickname for Hedorah.

Grandpa Hedo is based off the original Hedorah design. He is much larger compared to Young Hedo.

We Are the Three Godzilla Brothers![]

In the Grandpa Hedo segment, Young Hedo asks Grandpa Hedo if he had any worth due to being born from sludge. Grandpa Hedo responds saying that Young Hedo's live is worth more than those who created the sludge.

Parting Lovers[]

As the duo continued walking, Young Hedo asked why the morning sun rose by the setting sun didn't. Grandpa Hedo answered, saying that if the setting sun rose, Young Hedo would forget to forget to welcome the past and move on to tomorrow.

Smack It, Godzilla Brothers![]

Young Hedo would ask Grandpa Hedo to where they were roaming, with Grandpa Hedo saying that when they'd arrive, they'd also find the answer to why it was their destination all along.

The Sad Ballerina[]

The Hedorah duo eventually walked in pure darkness. Young Hedo would ask where they would go in the darkness, with Grandpa Hedo saying that once Young Hedo would gently shut his eyes and block out the darkness that he would see the light.

Secret Training Dojo[]

Young Hedo would ask why people think monster movies were for kids, with Grandpa Hedo saying that monster movies have things you are unable to see when you're older.

Secret Move! Dropkick!/Office Lady Yuko's Depression[]

Young Hedo would aski Grandpa Hedo why there was a Go! Go! Godzilla-kun and a Attention! Godzilla segment in one episode, with Grandpa Hedo answering that whether you get a big bowl of ramen or a mini-ramen and mini-fried rice, you would get ingestion. Later during the duo's walk, Young Hedo would ask Grandpa Hedo why they kept walking this empty path, with Grandpa Hedo saying that right in front of him lay an infinite wilderness.

Moshu-Moshu Telephone/Jet Jaguar Activates!![]

During their walk, Young Hedo would ask why people would love even if it would hurt themselves. Grandpa Hedo answered that people cannot help but love.

Land of Fire: Aso, Kumamoto Edition[]

Grandpa Hedo and Young Hedo would walk around Japan, answering questions as he did. Grandpa Hedo would be asked by Young Hedo why people with power don't act like it, with Grandpa Hedo answering that those people didn't want power in the first place. Young Hedo would then ask if Grandpa Hedo wanted power, but Grandpa Hedo laughed at this, saying what was a point of sludge obtaining power. As they continued walking, Young Hedo would ask Grandpa Hedo what lies beyond failing but not giving up, with Grandpa Hedo answering that beyond awaited even more failure. The two continued walking, Young Hedo asking what Grandpa Hedo's ideal place to live. Grandpa Hedo would answer that he was sludge, and once you realised that, everything and everywhere was beautiful. Later Young Hedo would ask how he could approach things with a positive attitude. Grandpa Hedo told him to walk backwards than forwards, asking Young Hedo what he would prefer, though Young Hedo's answer would be cut off. The final question that Young Hedo asked was why humans had such terrible fights with each other. Grandpa Hedo began speaking about how humans cause monsters to fight, and how they enjoy seeing monsters bleed and to humour the humans, they would continue fighting.

Fly to the Cliff![]

Young Hedo would ask Grandpa Hedo if the egg was born of what everyone thinks. Grandpa Hedo then told him to make sure with his own eyes.
