History

Godzilla: The Series

The founder of American Technologies, Insley believed that mankind's increasing reliance on machinery and technology would be its undoing, and set out to find a way to bring humanity back to simpler times. In his quest, Insley bred the D.R.A.G.M.A.s (an acronym for "Democratic Resurgence Against a Global Mechanized Armageddon"), believing them to be the key to saving the world. Unfortunately, when these creatures matured they became unstoppable and killed Insley, then proceeded to kill all of the mutations on Earth, including Godzilla. With no enemies in their way, the D.R.A.G.M.A.s devastated civilization, hunting down and killing countless humans while reproducing rapidly. After H.E.A.T. was teleported into the future where the D.R.A.G.M.A.s had overrun the world, they returned to the past to stop the D.R.A.G.M.A.s from maturing. H.E.A.T. confronted Insley at his laboratory. The D.R.A.G.M.A.s escaped from their containers and attacked Insley and the H.E.A.T. team, but Godzilla arrived to battle them. Godzilla easily destroyed the immature D.R.A.G.M.A.s, and Insley was captured and arrested, while Niko Tatopoulos destroyed the disc containing the information for creating the D.R.A.G.M.A.s.
