After graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Military and Strategic Studies, Lauren eventually bore witness to the destruction caused by the fight between Godzilla and the MUTOs in San Francisco. The following year on February 3, at the same time as Jackson Barnes and Anthony Martinez, Lauren was recruited by Monarch and joined the G-Team, earning a role as the pilot of Monarch's stealth-wing command ship, the USS Argo.[1]
In the audio commentary, Micheal Dougherty reveals that Griffin was originally going to die in Fenway Park during the climax, but Dougherty loved Elizabeth Ludlow's performance so much that he decided to spare her character.
