Do the CloverField pages need deletion? Many people on the "Rampage" articles say it wasn't "Godzilla" related. Neither are the Cloverfield articles. I've just put them up for deletion, you can disagree if you want.
Well, several months ago there was a drama in this wiki about placing “Rampage” articles to this wiki that ended with the admins deleting all of the wiki’s “Rampage” articles. I’m not in the mood for repeating history.
I'm sure you'll agree that one editor's lengthy bulleted essay on the supposed similarities between MUTO and a non-Godzilla, non-relevant character from Rudyard Kipling's Jungle Book isn't necessary and bloats the page unnecessarily. None of the "similarities" claimed are exclusive to those characters, and apply to likely thousands of other characters in similar works. Can we agree on that?
Is up to either of you. Trivia's always been for weird, potentially redundant factoids unfitting in the meat of an article. If it's that off the deep end for you, then use your best judgment in removing it.
Not just that, but, these aren't exactly good images. Same for the Skullcrawlers and the infobox image. The MUTO's now have super dark, artifacted, low-res images in a place befitting of a render we don't have. And the "Skull Devil" (eugh) shows less of the body in dark lighting. If we're gonna add new images, please ensure they're 1080p, at the least, and clearly visible. Likewise to that, we shouldn't have a bunch of images cropping up on one article. Just for the sake of breathing room. The MUTO article's becoming congested.
And likewise to that as I commented on the MUTO page, gifs are really sketchy to use for articles. I'll probably wind up cleaning them out, because unless they're official, they're rarely of a good quality. And drop frames, pixels, etc, on top of being letterboxed. I'd refrain from adding more.
Mind moving the potential locations around so the ones narrowed down are on top and the ones I'm still figuring out or at the bottom of the list? Leave British Columbia and the Namibia one at the top of that list... they are next.
