Origins[]
This incarnation of Minilla is a member of Godzilla's species and holds a familial attachment to Godzilla.
History[]
Godzilla: Final Wars[]
Minilla is encountered by the young boy named Kenta while he and his grandfather are hunting in the forest. Minilla joins the two in their truck, where they drive to Mt. Fuji to witness Godzilla's battle with Anguirus, Rodan, and King Caesar.
Upon witnessing this battle, Minilla's height springs up to 20 meters. Following Godzilla's battle with Keizer Ghidorah, Minilla appears in front of Godzilla and convinces him to leave the crew of the Gotengo alone. He then departs into the ocean with Godzilla. He has the ability to breathe smoke rings, but he only does it once, before he grows, and then breathed a full atomic breath before departing at the end.
Abilities[]
Amphibiousness[]
Like Godzilla, Minilla has an amphibious lifestyle, being able to breathe underwater.
Atomic breath[]
Minilla can produce atomic rays from his mouth, although he initially struggled with this. At the very end of the film, he was shown firing an atomic ray at the very end of the film.
Size changing[]
Minilla the ability to grow from a human-sized height to a larger scale, albeit still smaller compared to Godzilla like an infant to an adult. It is unknown if he can revert to his human height.
Video games[]
Godzilla (2014 video game)[]
Minilla's famous toddler-like waddling gait was a product of the shape of the original Minilla costume that made it extremely cumbersome to walk in. In the "Godzilla: Final Wars" version (2004), stuntwomen took over the role of the stuntmen.
