Minimates are a brand of 2-inch, poseable, plastic figures made by Diamond Select Toys. The first set of Godzilla figures were released in November 2014 to celebrate Godzilla's 60th anniversary and another set was released in January of 2015. A third set was also released in March 2016.

- Godzilla - This figure is based on the MegaroGoji suit.
- Mothra - This figure is based on the ShodaiMosuImago puppet.
- Titanosaurus - This figure is based on Titanosaurus from Terror of Mechagodzilla.
- Gigan - This figure is based on the ShodaiGigan suit.

Trivia[]
- The Godzilla of Series 01 is the only Minimate of Godzilla to be green, all others are grey.
- The Godzillas of the first two series are both based on the MegaroGoji suit.
- Series 03 is the only Godzilla Minimate set thus far to include figures based on Heisei suit/puppets.
