Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster[]
Professor Murai was sent by his university to investigate a meteor crash in Mt. Ado. He and a team of scientists research the meteor for some time. during the camp-out, Murai is called by a journalist named Naoko Shindo for an interview on the crash. It is during this interview, that Murai is first informed of an alleged Martian prophetess, bearing dark prophecies of destruction in the near future. After returning to the meteor site, Murai is convinced that they should leave it, as its magnetism had long worn off. Murai is then caught of-guard, as the meteor has a particularly strong spike of magnetism before hatching into King Ghidorah. Murai and his team flee, only for him to be called upon again to research the alleged Martian. Murai and a doctor perform hypnosis and (mild) shock therapy to try and get her to reveal if she is in fact a Martian at all, but their results are inconclusive. Murai is present to observe the final battle between King Ghidorah, Godzilla, Rodan, and Mothra.
