"Persecution of the Masses" is a theme that plays throughout Godzilla's initial raid on Japan during the events of Shin Godzilla, and is featured on the soundtrack for the film.
The theme was altered from the Japanese release to the North American release of the soundtrack, with the latter featuring a cut down run time and a much more abrupt ending fade out.
