Skull Island
Skull Island is a location that's discovered in the 2017 film Kong: Skull Island
Name Skull Island got its name from how the island resembles the shape of a human's skull.
History On April 7, 1973, Skull Island is discovered via satellite imagery. Monarch official William Randa approaches and convinces Senator Willis to allow Monarch to accompany Landsat on a mission to the island with military support before the Russians stumble onto their discovery and go there first.
After Ghidorah defeated Godzilla becoming the new Alpha of the Titans numerous reports of Titans leaving their original resting places to come to Ghidorah surfaced including creatures from Skull Island. After Godzilla killed Ghidorah becoming the Alpha of the Titans again it was shown that numerous Titans were converging on Skull Island.

Trivia As stated by Houston Brooks , the bedrock of Skull Island is practically hollow.
Like previous iterations of Skull Island, this one features a human skull etched into a mountain, albeit less prominently and made of separate rocks instead of one rock. This also serves as Kong's personal den.
