I'm sad to say that I've been told by a reliable source that you have actually been using your admin rights to damage this wiki so that it doesn't compete with the other wiki. It's always hard for a visitor like me to see these things clearly, but I have been worried about the number of deletions for a while. It's very sad to hear that these were a deliberate attempt to harm this wiki.
I've also heard that others may be planning to come back here to cause more problems. All I can say to that it's a shame that those who built such good content are considering becoming vandals. If your wiki is better, then it will thrive on it's own merits.
KoopaGalaxain: I'm sorry I had to remove your rights too. I haven't heard that you specifically have plans to hurt this wiki, but I can't risk someone affiliated with the new wiki being an admin here right now.
Needless to say, I'm not exactly impressed. The reason why I desired my rights be returned was because I wanted to help this site, not harm it. I'm also upset with this decision, as this role has a degree of sentimentality about it, and the fact that this has been done once again without my side of the issue is rather disconcerting at best.
Even when I felt like abandoning the site when I was demoted for the first time, I refused to give up editing, and poured my heart out to keep my role. I guess doing that again is of no use now. I'll keep contributing when I can, but today some of that spark was lost.
This certainly wasn't a pleasant surprise, especially given how my keyboard died and made editing nigh-on impossible.
I understand, but I can't help but still feel down about this decision. This place helped me grow as an editor as a whole, even more so once I was first promoted, and now some of the motivation I have has faded away.
