The Vine Snakes^[1] are a serpentine superspecies that first appear in the Monsterverse animated series, Skull Island.

Name[]

The species originally had no official name or designation. Its name was later revealed the Kong: Skull Island Cinematic Adventure creature codex.^[1]

Appearance[]

Vine Snakes are large snakes that inhabit the jungles of Skull Island. They are dark green in coloration and possess leafy growths on several parts of their extremely lengthy bodies. Their eyes lack pupils and glow in a blazing yellow color. When idle, Vine Snakes blend in perfectly in the canopies of trees.

Roar[]

Vine Snakes produce loud hissing sounds.

Personality[]

Like all snakes, Vine Snakes are predatory and will attempt to attack and consume creatures smaller than themselves.
